Rachel is a 250hr Hatha & Yin yoga certified teacher and a highly trained massotherapist.


She has always been fascinated by the power we have within our bodies to heal mentally, emotionally and physically. She believes that this power is within each one of us and can be tapped into though yoga and meditation.


Her yin & mindfulness classes focus on quieting the mind and relaxing the body to dive introspectively and journey into the higher self.
